Faith, Trust, and Interfaith Dialogue

At a recent Glenview observance of Eid-al-Adha, known as the Feast of Sacrifice, which is observed throughout the Muslim world, to which interfaith neighbors were invited, speakers at the post-celebration luncheon talked about faith and trust, of the importance of listening to God and to one another, and of the importance of taking that leap of faith even as your heart is breaking. How might these ideas, shared in common with our Jewish and Muslim siblings, inform our approach to religious pluralism, interfaith dialogue, and care for our neighbors of all faiths and no faith?
